DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

From Sydney Australia, we ship EBB & FLOW all over the world. It can take between three days to three weeks for delivery depending on where you are in the world. Check out our SHIPPING PAGE for more info!
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payments in Australian dollars (AUD) through a secure PayPal and eWay payment terminal where you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. So don’t worry, you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your beautiful item. You can, of course, use PayPal, if you wish to. It’s all up to you! To pay for your lovely leather goods make sure you select a product by selecting the “add to cart” button then hit the shopping cart icon in the top right-hand corner of every page. Select the “proceed to checkout” button. Under your orders total you can select either “PayPal” or “Credit Card eWAY” secure payment options. To finish just simply complete your account details to finalize your payment. It’s that easy!

HOW DO I RETURN A WALLET?

We have a 28-day return policy and pride ourselves on our customer service. Send us an email with photos to contact@ebbandflowleather.com and we will get back to you with the best way forward.
WHERE ARE EBB & FLOW LEATHER PRODUCTS MADE?

Our wallets, cases, and bags are handcrafted in India, where our staff are all paid fairly. Not only that but our staff rights are respected and there is a work home balance agreement in place. We work hard at maintaining happy but interesting work environments for all our staff, and see them as part of our family. Because they are the reason for our success!
HOW MANY CARDS DO THE WALLETS & CASES FIT?

We have purposely designed each piece with ample space with the slimmest profile, so check the description in the EBB & FLOW range because each item is different. You can always fit more cards than what is described.
WHAT OTHER PRODUCTS DOES EBB & FLOW PLAN TO MAKE?

So far just phone cases, passports wallets, men’s wallets and a few bags. But we will soon be making a range of women’s bags and women’s wallets. We can’t wait!
HOW WILL MY LEATHER PRODUCT COME PACKAGED?

Small items such as wallets and phone cases will come in a custom made 100% cotton dust bag. Larger items such as bags and brief cases will be placed in a plastic bag. From there your EBB & FLOW leather piece is placed in an envelope or parcel bag (depending on the size) and sent to you… YAY!
HOW CAN I BECOME A STOCKIST?

We are an Australian family company selling our leather goods online and through selected, independent leather goods stores. We are looking for committed stockists for our wallets, bags and cases. Our products are designed in unique, rustic and practicable styles where the emphasis is on gorgeous natural traditional looking leather. We’d like to have a broad range of shops in styles from elegant and rustic, to handcrafted, to country. Our re-sellers are broadly handcrafted leather suppliers. We love our handcrafted leather products and would like them to be sold by inspirational run shop owners, with a strong understanding of their own style, that offer supreme personal customer service.
